I have a question on my form that requires you click in the box for yes or don't click in the box for no. If you click in the box and then change your mind, my form will not allow me to change it. Once the box is selected I can't un-select it. Is there a way to do this? example: in my form toward the bottom it says "enable group product set up". once that is selected conditional formatting is in place that makes a list of benefits populate below. If I change my want and want to leave the box blank it can't be changed. I would like to be able to un-select it if I choose.

If you would like to give your respondents the ability to de-select previously selected option from a field, then I suggest you use a Multiple Choice Field (Checkbox field) with only one option instead of a Single Choice Field (Radio Button field)
You must also update the condition associated with the fields and as a result:
I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again anytime.
