Unfortunately, JotForm does not have such feature, but you could set a global countdown and submit the form once the form is timed out.
Please find the widget here: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/global_countdown
This guide will help you adding the widget to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
Another way to achieve it would be by adding the following JavaScript code to your form:
<script type="text/javascript">
function formAutoSubmit () {
var frm = document.getElementById("YourFormID");
frm.submit();
}
</script>
You should run the function once the field changes, this link will provide you with more info about how to trigger the function: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4886114/how-can-i-run-a-javascript-function-when-input-changes
But that would require you to get the source code of your form as the form builder does not allow JavaScript codes, this guide will help you getting the source code of your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form
I hope this helps.
