Hi
I would like to have "Terms and Conditions" widget to have Yes and No radio buttons, instead of just a checkbox.
In the example below, we want parents to have the option to accept the photo consent form or to refuse it, but we want them to explicitly do so, rather than just leave the checkbox filled or unfilled.
Is that possible?
Thanks

Unfortunately, that's not possible with the terms and conditions widget.
However, that's possible when you use the Single Choice field (Radio Button)
Then add these options so the hyperlink text will be retained. You can edit the no option too.
I am a parent/guardian of participant, and I agree to <a href="http://maccalgary.ca/youth/waiver-of-liability-final/">Waiver of Liability</a> of the Journey to Mecca youth activity.
No, Sorry...
Here's a visual guide:
The hyperlinked text will be shown properly in the preview.

Hello maccalgary,
On behalf of my colleague, you are welcome. I am glad to know that the workaround provided by my colleague works as expected.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!

We are sorry. This is no longer possible. It was due to the security update recently that strips HTML codes when used as part of the options.
The only solution I could think of as of the moment is to use your form source code so you can manipulate it and add the hyperlink code in the radio button options. If you need further assistance about this, let us know.
I will also escalate this as a feature request into the other thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1338375. I still think this is a good feature.
Thanks
