Hello,
When we submit the form, we get an error message saying 'This page can't be displayed,'
I tried both Chrome and Explorer, but I got error messages on both.
How can I fix this?
Thank you,

I cloned your form to test it and was unable to reproduce the issue. Each submission went through and the submission page was displayed:
Let us know if the error is still occurring on your end and we can send a test submission through your copy of the form. As far as I can tell though, at this time the form should be fully functional.

Screenshots included in email replies do not post to the forum so we cannot view them on our end. If you wouldn't mind posting the screenshot directly to this thread, we will take a look. Here is a quick guide on how to add your screenshot:

It is very likely that your firewall is blocking submit.jotform.us . Can you try from a device that is not on your current network to see if the same error occurs? A cellphone on mobile data is usually the quickest way to test.
If the submission does go through from the phone, you may need to contact whoever manages your network to ensure the page is not being blocked.
