Display counter for specific answer on website

I have set up a form that I have embedded into my website.

I would like to show both the total number of submissions as well as the number of submissions that have a certain answer to a question - and I would like this information displayed on my home page, NOT on the page that the jotform is embedded. I would like these to update each time a new form is submitted.

An example of "submissions that have a certain answer to a question" would be from a single choice field, e.g., Australia OR International. I would like two counters where one shows the number of Australian submissions and the other shows the number of International submissions on the home page of my website.

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. You can embed the form submission page on your website. You can duplicate the submission on another tab on your submission page. After that, filter one tab to show Australia submission and filter the other tab to show international submission.
