I've successfully integrated with google doc, however, I've determined that every field does not need to be on the google doc. Is it possible to choose which fields you want to go to the google doc? Please advise.

Yes, you can hide the column in the Google Spreadsheet. Here's how:
Open the Google Spreadsheet and right click the column you want to hide or delete.
