Hello Jonathan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks like your form has been disabled. Let me show you how to enable your form.
- In My Forms, select the form that is disabled.
- At the top, click More.
- Click Enable.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Good Morning Eldrex,
Thank you for your assistance I was hopeful that would work, but unfortunately the forms are still greyed out. Any other ideas?

Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for getting back to us. After checking your forms, I have seen that your forms are still disabled. Can you please try enabling your forms again and let us know if the issue persists? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
We'll be able to move forward once we hear back from you.

Hi Justin - I was able to enable the one form but there are a couple others that are extremely stubborn when trying to enable. They remain disabled after trying countless times.
At least there's a little progress given the one form. I will continue to play around with the others and hope they come around as well.
Thank you for your help!

Good Morning - Unfortunately I have 3 forms that are still disabled. I need to use 3 of the forms today for presentations next week. Any idea why solution above has not resolved? Can someone remote into the account to fix?
Thank you

Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I can help you with the solution. Can you try to clear your form cache to see if it resolves the issue? Let me show you how:
- Open your Account and click your avatar/picture.
- Click on Settings in the selection.
- In your left-side menu, click on the Settings tab.
- Click on Clear Cache beside the Form Caches.
After that, try to open your account in a different browser to see if it resolves the issue.
You can also check out this guide on How to Clear Your Form Caches.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Good Morning! - I was able to enable to form with a different technique. I went to more on the side of the individual form. From there I selected enable vs selecting enable from more at the top tool bar. Either way it worked so I greatly appreciate you and your teams effort and attention to this.
Have a great day
