I had posed several questions on why PayPal is not integrated with an order form as well as a second question. I did post these inquiries separately on the respective pages where I inquired replies.
The most pressing question, I suppose that I have tried to 'fix' and cannot fix is the 'gibberish' that shows up in the responder forms that I receive from submissions on the upload page (see form at https://www.jotform.com/build/71987956290171 ).
I have attached a picture of the submission form. The name placeholder and other identifying information is not legible. Is there a way to produce identifying information about a customer upload that is readable text? Thank you.
If you have time, the other questions presented are as follows (with links at https://www.jotform.com/help/431-How-to-Add-a-Downloadable-File-to-Your-Form#_
cfrances (July 19, 2017 at 11:10 PM) Hello, I posted a long question on another page. I was wondering if there is a way to use the email input to ensure security so only the designated email can view the downloads (even if just one format, MS Word for instance)? My other post is at https://www.jotform.com/answers/270781-How-to-create-a-PDF-download-link-with-a-custom-keyword/?&updatemessage=10732640770. [Answered by cfrances on July 19, 2017 at 10:43 PM] Thank you
Thank you very much - the form is integrated as a "purchase order" with uploads to Dropbox - thus they are saying Paypal is a 2nd payment gateway but the order form has no payment method - it does calculate payment though.

Your form is encrypted:
So that's why you see the response with "gibberish" text as you said.
What happens when you upload the decryption key?
