We are about to cancel our subscription as we need an answer to the above question and cant contact your company by phone.

Unfortunately, we do not have phone support currently. The only channels you can contact with us either the forum or our mail support@jotform.com.
Regarding your question, if you are referring autoresponder e-mail, you are allowed to delete it on your e-mail setting by following steps seen on the below screenshot.
