How to place date field next to Smooth Signature Widget?

I need to get a "type name" line under the signature and a date picker (defaults to the current date) next to the signature line. I also need the signature line expanded to about about twice the current size.

Please note that you can take advantage of our "Shrink" feature to place form fields next to each other.

The shrink feature will not work because the date picker field is too big. This signature field, as it is now, is too small. When I expand the width of the signature field the date will not be where I need it to be, and I actually needed the date picker at the bottom, not the top. I do not like the option of cloning the form because I am in the process of putting in logic.. Can you send this in a code?

Your form has two columns, 50% width each. The workaround is to fit the signature into the column, to do this reduce the size of the signature field, then use the shrink option.

Unfortunately, you cannot move the Date field to the bottom in form editor. It might be possible to adjust positioning with custom CSS, but for the sake of reliability my recommendation is to use the standard positioning (at the top).
