Karen JoyAsked on July 9, 2017 at 4:08 AM
Two clients have told me they have filled out my "Questions" form and submitted it but I haven't received it. One on the 2nd of July and the other on the 7th of July. They submitted one each of my other two forms and they both arrived in my inbox.
Can you help please? Jotform has been very reliable up to now and I appreciate being able to use it.
Thanks
Karen

Thank you for contacting us.
Our system is showing 5 entries submitted to your forms this month. The 'List of Questions Form' has one submission received in July, you can check the entry via submissions page at JotForm.
If one submission is missing, unfortunately it means that our servers never received it. For example, it might be related to unstable internet connection on user's side during submission, issues with user's browser or something else.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

I can see you have some email fields on your form and an email auto-responder, did your user fill the email field?
If so, then he should have received the email or at least the log should be showing up in the email history.
You may ask your user with the information he submitted and then check the email history in order to find if the submission was sent via email.
This guide will help you checking your email history: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
We will be also glad to further check on our end in order to find the submission.
