I have just tried downloading a form I have built through the website. It has been made for some time and I have downloaded this form to pdf previously and not had this issue.
Unfortunately when I have tried today, it does not seem to be building correctly - ie the text is in the wrong font and gone to Times New Roman,
some text has been written twice and the watermarks are not showing fully.

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have checked the issue regarding the font style and I can see it changes when you download the PDF fillable form.
In the form builder:

Hello, sorry for our late response about this issue.
The recently released PDF Editor offers a solution to this problem.
While it doesn't transfer the font style while converting your online form to a fillable PDF form, you can apply the font style you like by utilizing the fillable PDF Editor.
In order to do that, you can head to PUBLISH tab of your form builder screen, click PDF on the left, then click DOWNLOAD.
Fillable PDF editor page will open, on that page click the hammer icon on the right, the layout settings will open. You can choose the font you would like to use from the Font Family dropdown list under the Question Style section.
As in the image below:
Thank you.
