Please add this CSS code to your form, to remove blue glow :
.form-line-active input:focus {
border : 1px solid #ccc !important;
outline-color : #ccc !important;
}
How to Inject Custom CSS Codes
Here is my demo form with all changes that I suggested:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hello,
Unfortunately, this does not remove the glowing border, it just changes the color to #ccc. Because this form is placed over an image, as seen HERE, it still displays the border.
Also, for some reason, this CSS code did not affect the 'Describe Your Work' text box.
I would prefer if there was absolutely no border when a label is being typed in.
Thanks,
Dylan

Hello Dylan - To remove the outline, modify the CSS Codes provided by my colleague to:
.form-line-active input:focus {
outline: none;
}
If it doesn't work the first time, append !important to it.
.form-line-active input:focus {
outline: none !important;
}
Your issues/questions were split into several threads to avoid confusion. The topic we're discussing here is about the outline (the glow effect as you phrased it) on your form fields.
While your question about the "Describe Your Work" label can be found here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1182481
If you have something to add or have a followup question about it, please post it on the thread linked above.
