I have set unique submissions to "No check". But I am still getting a multiple submission error, and only allowed one submission for my forms. How can I fix the problem? See attached screenshot.

Hello youneedweb,
As per the screenshot you have shared, you have not configured "Unique Submission" but you have selected email field as "Unique Question". Please check the screenshot below:
Please note that if you set any field as "Unique Question", users will not be able to send multiple submission using the same data.
Example: If you set email field to be unique question and one user input test@yourdomain.com in email field and submit form, no other user will be able to submit form using same email address. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
Hope this helps.
