I have a section where a form is uploaded. If the signee cant upload at the time, can they go back to upload and resubmit from the first form they completed?

Hi,
Yes that is possible, you can follow this guide on how you can provide an edit link to your users using the autoresponder email: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date.
If the submission is already existing and you want them to update theirs, then you can do that by following the steps below:
1. First, I made a test submission and added in the edit link in the email alert. Below is the email alert I received, I'll copy the edit link here. In my case, this is how it is formatted:
https://www.jotform.com/edit/3737523668427731313
Green highlight: This is the format of your link.
Yellow highlight: This is the ID of the existing submission ID.
2. Now you can simply edit the yellow highlight with any submission ID in your list. You can find your submission ID in your submissions page.
I hope that helps.
