Hi,
Can you ell me how o attach an email address to the submit button?
Also, I have looked all over but I can't seem to figure out how to make the radio buttons selectable.Also, what triggers the Send email dropdown in the logic? No matter what I select, it stays grayed out.Thanks for your help

Hello Don,
If I understand your question correctly, you want to change the email address on which submission emails are being sent. Is that correct?
You need to edit your form's notification email alert and change the "Recipient Email" address to desired email address. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email
