How to have fixed time limitation for the choices on the form?

how do i add a time limit to options on the form?
e.g. the question now has 4 choices instead of 6 choices once it reaches a specific time and specific date

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You may consider adding a Global Countdown widget to your form. It has a feature where the form is automatically blocked or submitted, if the time has run out.

Thank you for contacting Jotform support. Although that feature isn’t available yet, as a workaround, we can use the Timer widget and Conditional Logic feature. Let’s do it:

• Add Separate Fields: Start by adding a separate field for each option within the Form Builder.
• Insert Timer Widget: Drag and drop the Timer widget from the 'Form Elements' section.
• Adjust Timer Settings: Access the Timer properties, go to the 'Advance' section, and enable the 'Hide Field' option by toggling it on.
• Configure Conditional Logic:Click on 'Settings' from the orange tabs at the top.
• Choose 'Conditions', then click on 'Add Condition' > 'Show/Hide Field'.
• Copy the condition shown below. That's it!

I tried but was not able to get it to work. The scenario that I have is that I am using the appointment for people to sign up slots and I will like to have a fixed time to cut off the appointments for the same day.

e.g. 3 Mar 24 has appointment slots of 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm. at 12noon of 3 Mar 24, the slots for 3 Mar are closed and the next available time slots is on the next available day.
