I used to be able to send myself a text notification of a form submission through email. (ex 5555555555@tmomail.net) Not working anymore. Has Jotform changed something? Functionality still works through mobile carriers.

Today, we had a notification delay issue, which has been already fixed. You should start receiving notifications again. I just submitted your form, can you confirm if you received it?
