We have two identical forms (unsure how they were created) and would like to have only one active going forward. Is there a way to merge the submissions since the forms are identical? If not, is disabling one form the best way to proceed to ensure all submissions end up under a single form?
Also, if we upgrade our account, is there still a 10 email address limit on the distribution list for alerts?Thank you!

Yes, it is possible to disable one of the duplicated forms, here is a guide that will help you to do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-enable-disable-a-form
You could also export the submissions from one form and import them into the other one, this guide will help exporting the submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
And this guide will help you importing the submissions on the other form: https://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm
Regarding to your other question, it has been moved to a different thread, we will assist you as soon as possible here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1170718
