So you press yes in step 3?
Then how do you get your products back?

If you are passing a calculation to a payment field, it means that you have setup the products through native fields:: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
So, that is the reason why that message is shown, to let you know that the the products you have setup(if you have) through the payment field will be removed, if you click "yes", there is no way to recover them. You would need to set them up again, if you decide not to have your products in separate fields.
