Trying out your excellent application builder software.
Need to know if your app can do this simple thing: create a multi-select list box that is populated from a table.
I need to create a Resource tracking application that has a main table for contact (the resource) and a list of skills this person has (like DBA, C#, technical writing, etc.). They can have multiple skills.
Should be normalized, so I can run a query like: give me all the contacts with DBA skill.
The list of skills is constantly changing. In fact, it would be ideal if the user, when presented with the listbox, can add a new skill right then and there, which adds it to the list and also tags it to the resource.

If you mean a table from an external file or database, unfortunately, it's not possible in the form builder. By any chance, do you have a sample form for this from the web? Can you link it here?
We have the following widgets that allow you to setup dynamic input boxes:
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/dynamic_textbox
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/matrix_dynamique
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/add_options
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/field_multiplier
If you want to allow users to add their own option, you can use any of the following widgets:
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/user_contributed_dropdown
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/user_contributed_radio_buttons
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/user_contributed_checkbox
For the query/report, you can do this with our visual report:

I hope that works for you.
