You can disable it in the Account Settings page and on the lower part of the page you can see the checkbox to enable/disable it. Here is a quick link in order to access the Account settings page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Note: Disabling the JotForm footer branding will start the counting of page views on your account. This means for every page visit your forms receive, it will constitute one page view. Reaching its limits will temporarily disable your account until the restart of the cycle which happens on every 1st day of every month.

Hi,
As you can see.... the logo stills on my page https://jotpoll.com/result/592f67afb7a71 , and I alreadty had desabled it on my settings, please see attached.

Do you happen to have a link to the form the poll results are associated with? I believe jotpoll is separate from your JotForm account so upgrading your account would not have any impact on the Jotpoll poll or results.
