I tried using docusign but it just does the signatures, is there another widget that allows me to send it to others to sign using emails?

As far as I can understand, you want to send the entire document to your users so they can sign on it.
If you're only looking to send one document, then you could include it in an email autoresponder, find the option under the advanced tab on the email wizard:
Your users could send you the signed document; however, if you're referring to a different functionality, please let us know.
