    Hi ladavenport101,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform has multiple subscriptions, including the Starter plan. The starter plan is a free trial that gives you access to most of the features that paid subscriptions have to offer. The main difference is the usage limits like form submissions, form views, upload space, and submission storage. You can check out our pricing page to see more of our paid plans and its feature.

You might also want to check out this guide Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits for more information. You can also visit Jotform's FAQs to learn more about Jotform. In addition, if you decide to upgrade your account, it's easy. Here's how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
