I have used jotform for a couple of years and about six months ago when a form would be submitted to my email address, it started coming in formatted wrong. All it SHOULD have is the contents of each cell. Please advise how to fix the problem. This is what it looks like now:

I checked your notifier and I saw what you have in mind. it looks like the code of the Notifier body was changed, but you can simply create a new Notifier and all fields will be added automatically, properly aligned and formatted:
