Hi,
The automated response email is not being sent to customers or me. How can I fix this?

Please check your spam folder if you haven't done it yet. Make sure to mark Jotform emails as not spam. For more troubleshooting steps, check this guide:

As for the autoresponder email, this won't work because the Encryption is enabled in the form. Please check this guide to know more about the advantage and disadvantages when enabling the encryption:
