Yes, that username is available, just note that if you have created custom URLs, they will not longer work, so you will have to create them again: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

As requested we have now changed your username to HomeConciergePro
You can login using the new username to view the updated status.
