Hello,
To my understanding, you want to change the something in the main form and you are asking it will update the other cloned forms.
Each form has a unique ID. So, if you want to change something in the original form, you need to change the others also. It will not update the other forms.
I hope this helps.
Thanks.

This my original Question from the other thread
I am printing it again as i think the question was misunderstood.
By Prepopulating-Fields- do i change the ID? Is every form still Unique?
Yes changes would be in the main form.
Hallo
i am using this Prepopulating-Fields-
i am implanting with this it works perfectly
<a target="_blank" href="javascriptDISABLED:void( window.open( 'https://form.jotformeu.com/71245917384361?clickTo=10001002', 'scrollbars=yes, toolbar=no, width=700, height=500' ) )">Bild Hochladen 10011004</a>
it works perfectly. which is the article number
I only change this 10001002 which is the article number.
i am going to implant it in 40 products.
My question if i have to change something in the form, say add a sentance or box (because each one has a differant product number but otherwise the same) will i have to change all the forms or can i just change the form in jotform and it will update all 40 forms.thank you -

Hello again,
Each form has a unique ID, so a unique URL.
So, if you want to prepopulate the other forms that you have cloned, you need to change the form ID in the prepopulation link as you can see in the following link below that painted with green in order to prepopulate the other forms.
<a target="_blank" href="javascriptDISABLED:void( window.open( 'https://form.jotformeu.com/71245917384361?clickTo=10001002', 'scrollbars=yes, toolbar=no, width=700, height=500' ) )">Bild Hochladen 10011004</a>
I hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hallo
just tested it myself with 6 products. , by just changing the product number in the whole script but leaving the rest of the script as it is eg. changed 10001002 to 10001003 number .
Then placing it under my products.
I then went back to the form in Jotform changed it around.
Went back to my page and it had changed all 6 (and they all had a differant 10001002 ).
That was exactly what i wanted it to do. perfect.
Basicly what i asked in the first question
thank you
regards
