I have an option to pay by Paypal or by check. If the person wants to pay by paypal, I want it to go to the paypal site (which it does). If the person chooses pay by check, I want it to just submit and say thank you (it doesn't...it still goes to paypal). Can you help?

Please follow the guide below to make it work on your form.
#1
Make sure the user will only choose one option in the method of payment (Paypal or not Paypal).
You can do this by limiting the I am paying by: to 1 option only. Set a limit to the Checkbox option.
#2
Add a condition rule that will make Payment *required if the user select Paypal as the payment method.
I made a demo form for you to test https://form.jotformpro.com/71206599628971
I hope this help. Let us know how it goes.
