I just checked you account, and I am able to view all your forms on their standalone version without any issues. Can you please provide the link to the webpage where your form is hosted?
Thank you.

This thread has been marked private as per your request.
I am able to view the full page with the form without issues, I checked on multiple browsers and I could not replicate the issue.
It is probably a network issue on your end, can you please check if you have any rule on your end that's preventing your the from from establishing a connection?
I also notice that you use HTTP instead of HTTPS in the link that you provided. Can you try with HTTPS and see if you can still reproduce the issue?
Thank you!

Hi, thank you for your prompt answers,it looks like this is an issue of my workstation only (All browsers). I have tried to access the page from my mobile device and from my laptop and there the form and it works fine. What could that be related to?
I have also tried to access it from my workstation with https with the same result.

If the problem is only on one machine then it could be related to Proxy, DNS or some other network settings that could cause that issue.
So please check if you have any proxy, DNS settings on your computer or some firewall that prevents JotForm from loading.
If you have any further questions please let us know.
Thank you!
