Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
As I understood you correctly, you want to send the Notification e-mail to different recipients based on user's answer. Please follow these steps:
1. Go to "Settings" > "Conditions" and click "+" for adding new condition.
2. Select the "Change E-mail Recipient".
3. Set the Condition like this:
You have to set this for every Approval field. After that, you set the conditions for every approval field, your conditions page looks like:
However, if the user selects the "Albert" for the Approval 1, the notification e-mail will not send the "Albert". You can solve this problem with using just one Approval field.
Also, here is a guide helps to you: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
If you want to send any other Conditions, please provide us more detail about your request. We will glad to assist you.

Hi jotforms,
I created 3 checkbox for approval yes or no. How can I make that checkbox option be edited by approver only and read only for all user.

You can do that using conditional logic, first, you would need to add Get Form Page URL widget. You will then create a condition to disable the approval checkboxes for users, and only enable them for approvers.
To do so, using the ENABLE/REQUIRE FIELD option from the conditions menu, your condition should look like the following:
Where "Approved" is the approval checkbox fields, number 1,2,3.
This will disable those fields for users filling out the form, and enable them to approvers while editing the form.
Alternatively, you can follow the same steps, but use the HIDE/SHOW FIELD option to hide the fields and only show them to the form approvers.I have cloned your form and made the above edits, if you like, you can clone it and review it using this URL: https://form.jotformpro.com/71173480131952
