I cannot find the form in my account

I have a jotform on my website but I cannot figure out how to edit it. Even though my jotform is functional on my website, it is not in my account when I sign in

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. I checked the form in the web page that you shared and searched for it here, I see that it is under the email address d*signyo*rclim*te@gmail.com. if you are familiar with the email address you can use this as your login username and enter your password.
