Hello,
I found a support article a while back that had a code for me to put in the email notification field in order to receive a text notification.
I am using verizon, and have had no problem, but my client is using AT&T and has yet to receive a submission. Do you know of any issues regarding AT & T and this option?

In case you use a mobile.att.net address, please try to use a txt.att.net address instead to see if that makes any difference.

1234567890@txt.att.net
