What do I need to do with my existing forms/submissions to remain a free user of Jotform? We are a church and do not have a budget for this service.
I am trying to unarchive a form, but I am getting a message that we have reached our five form limit. I am showing only four active forms. Please advise. Thank you! Eileen Earle faithformation@corpuschirstichurch.net

There are two active forms under your Archive folder. If the form is not disabled under the Archive folder it is still considered as an active form.
Example:
Our free plan is limited to 5 active forms. If you need more, you might consider upgrading your account. We have a 50% discount for nonprofit organizations.
