TKEQQAsked on April 21, 2017 at 1:23 PMWe seem to be receiving requests, however, when we reply, via outlook, the system wants to use the contact name address rather than the send who we received the request from. This is a huge issue when we send proposals back to the account reps. Some have been inadvertently sent directly to our customers. We need to make sure that the replies go back to the person we received them from which are thyssenkrupp employees.

You need to make sure that the email field of the thyssenkrupp employees is selected as the Reply-To Email in the email settings. It's currently set to Contact E-mail in the form. Change this if this is not the correct field.
