I am already a user and the auto-billing is monthly. Is there an option for annual billing instead of monthly?

Yes, you can opt for Yearly Billing .
We have annual subscription. When you attempt to upgrade: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account, you will see the options:
1) Monthly
2) Yearly
3) 2-Years
