Hello 😊 When requesting for a username change, the request needs to come from the actual owner of the account, in this case, it should come from stephenohara.
If you own both accounts (stephenohara and FranchiseSoftware), then just logout then back in as stephenohara and post your request so we can change it.
BTW, FOS is already taken by someone else, so we can only change your username to FranchiseOperatingSystem as soon as you're able to post your request as stephenohara.
