I have just checked your account and your email is not in the bounce list, can you please explain what is the problem that you're having? I can see that your account has 2 guest accounts, and one free account associated with it.

I checked the email you use on this thread (tiana@st-meiers.de) and currently it is associated with the account Tiana29. I have resent the forgot password instruction to your email and based on our logs the email was successfully sent.
