I have a simple form that allows users to enter whatever payment amount they want. It can be found here:
https://form.jotform.ca/70864904721257
When someone submits a payment, jotform sends me a confirmation email which includes all of the answers to the questions on the form (name, what they are paying for, the amount they are paying) and then paypal sends me an email confirming receipt of the payment. Strangely, on the Paypal payment page and the paypal payment confirmation email, instead of showing the details of what they are paying for, it states the subtext that I have on the payment amount field. Here are screenshots:

The paypal payment page: https://qsnapnet.com/snaps/td4r8qnju7b65hf
Ideally, paypal would use the data from the "What is your invoice number?" question. I thought I was doing that by "fetching" that data in the paypal integration settings but there is no indication that this data is being fetched:

Please help.
Thanks.

Hello cccd,
Have you solved this problem already?
I did check your the PayPal payment field of your form and you have set up "Fetch Data from a Text Field" option already. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
Thank you!
