Hi,
I am using jotform to create an online questionnaire. However, I don't know how to create a dynamic questionnaire.
For example, if a user selects 'YES' to question A he will see question B - C - D , if he selects 'no' then he will see E.
Is it possible? Looking forward to hear you!
Best regards,
Mengfei

You can do this by using Conditional Logic, using the SHOW/HIDE FIELD option will let you show and hide single or multiple fields based on a condition.
for more info on how to use Conditions, please refer to this guide:
Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic
I have created a demo form you, you can review/clone it using this URL:

This form will only show fields A and B if YES is selected in the question, and C and D if NO is selected:

Thank you.
