All of our forms and submissions are using SSL. Is your website using SSL (https)? You can still embed the form in a non-secure webpage. However, please take note that only the form is secured and not the webpage.
When the form is submitted, it will be transmitted securely to our servers. The only problem with this is that your webpage will not show a secure lock icon beside the URL.
If you're still having issues, please let us know. Also, please provide the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded so that we can further check.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
