Hey! We're looking at doing a Buzzfeed style quiz (example). I have experience with using an image picker widget. The bottom part of showing you the results is the bit I'm uncertain about. Is there a widget you'd recommend for this?
Another quiz style we like is the one which is more like a slideshow.

I think the image picker will be the best tool to create the quiz you're looking for, it will allow you to set labels for each image that will be returned as selected value.
For example, I've set a widget like this on my form:
Then, with conditions you can evaluate the selected option and trigger any action, for example, show a field, insert a value or redirect user to a different page.
Example:
Additionally, you could also use the widget in the Quiz app: http://quizform.jotform.io/
When setting the correct answer, in the text box you need to enter the label you've set in the widget option and also set the widget to allow only one selection, with the app you can also send the results via email or show them on the thank you page.
Here's also a guide about how to use the quiz app: https://www.jotform.com/help/289-Turn-Your-Form-into-a-Quiz-or-Exam-

Hope this helps.
