It used to work
Also, just in case
It is very important the following emails work as well.

I checked the email history for your account and did not see any recent failed emails. Have them check their spam/junkmail folder to ensure they are not being filtered there. If they are not arriving at all, let us know which form specifically is causing trouble and we will look into this further.
