When we recieve enquiries internally via jotform I need to see that the intenral staff are replying and resolving them. I wondered if there was any widget, plugin or suggestion you might have how?

The best way I can think of do monitor follow ups would be to include additional form fields related to the follow up. They could edit the submission directly from the submission panel or you could forward an edit link in the initial email notification:

Since notification emails trigger when edits are made, you will be notified each time someone updates a submission as long as the appropriate notification emails are set up.
