To whom it may concern,
I have an emergency with my form.
I have clients trying to submit my form online via my website, that I have embedded my form to and at times, the forms is not being submitted. It keeps telling people after submission please wait... and this process is not ending.
Can you please take care of this asap!!!!!

Hi,
I did a test submission to your direct form link and I was not able to replicate the issue. Please try this, re-embed your form but using the iFrame Method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code. This should fixed the issue with script conflicts that prevent users submitting the form and getting stuck in the "Please wait.." button.
Hope that helps. If the issue persists, please contact us again so we can investigate it further.
Thank you. -

I have checked your JotForm and see that the form is embedded using iframe method now. I have also tried submitting your JotForm and the Thank you message is displayed normally.
If you are referring to the integrations on the form, it shouldn't be an issue to use them on the form since it is embedded using iframe method to avoid any conflicts.
Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.
