WOARSurveyAsked on March 27, 2017 at 3:26 PM
I am trying to create an if/when statement that would generate a text box to question, "Select which social media networks you would use as a Social Media Ambassador (you must have at least 2 public networks) and provide them". This is a checkbox question, where the applicant can select all the option that apply.
What I am trying to do is create an if/then statement that says if the applicant chooses an option (checks box for website) then a text box would open so they can write the name related to the option (ability to write name of website).
If I am not able to do this with the check boxes, can you help me to create this type of question with a different format?

Yes, it's indeed possible to show text box or any other element based on the answer of a checkbox and all basic fields.
In order to get more details about how to achieve it, please check the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
You will find details about how to set up your conditions, if you have any question, please let us know.
