Hello Angela,
I did check your account and found that you have upgraded to storage yearly subscription plan and its already applied to your account. Please check the screenshot below:
Please note that storage plan only gives you unlimited submission storage but does not increases any of your form submission, view or upload storage space limits. The reason why your account still shows "You're out of space!" message because of have exceeded the submission limit. In free account you can only receive 100 submissions in a month but you have already received 201 submissions.
I would suggest you to please upgrade your account to any higher. Please check our pricing page for more information on available plans and its limits: www.jotform.com/pricing
