In my form, can I embed a Word document, which when clicked on will download for the person completing the form to see and use?

You can upload the Word document file to your web server and then create a link in your form. You can use the "Text" tool for that.
In the Editor, just highlight the text and then click the "Insert/Edit Link" icon. Put the direct link of the uploaded Word document file in the URL field and then click the "OK" button.
You can convert the Word document to a PDF file and then upload it to your server. After that, get the file path of the uploaded PDF file and use the PDF Embedder widget.
You may also attach a file in the Autoresponder Email. In this way, once the user completed the form, he/she will receive a confirmation email with the attached file (Word document). Please check this guide: How-to-Attach-a-File-to-Autoresponder-Emails.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
