I recently asked my website designer (JMJ Website Design) to change the format of a questionnaire sheet in my website where potential clients for my home inspections can fill out data. Unfortunately, the form I now get from JotForm is very abbreviated, somewhat based on the original form but it is in fact, useless. JMJ DID send a great PDF with all of the data filled in by my client via the website page...exactly what I needed. Is there a way to retrieve a similar PDF each time a request is submitted via JotForm?

You can setup email notifications: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
And enable the PDF attachment in the Advanced section. Let us know if you need more hep.
