I can access MyForms but when opening any of our forms I receive multiple error message telling me to reopen/refresh the form. I have done this and nothing happens. Is there an issue with our account or is there an issue on your end?

We bug that caused forms to not be editable in V4. It has been fixed and you can now edit forms once again. Apologies for the down time.
